Shipping & Delivery

Delivery to the whole of Tbilisi residential addresses is possible. Normally, we ask our customers who intend using a delivery to request for a taxi to pick it up from our store. Kindly contact our customer service care on WhatsApp at +995558133871 or email us at customercare@daratanfoods.ge for further enquiries, to know if we can deliver to your area.

Click & Collect
We currently offer this service. Order shopping from our online store and collect from one of our local stores or hubs for free. Alternatively, you can use our delivery option.

To ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers, Daratan reserves the right to use reputable security devices and systems. We protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information, including personal information.

Ordering

If you choose to order online and collect from one of our stores, the time slot and store for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order.

Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot at the time you place your order. If you arrive late, you may still be able to collect your order.

Please bring your order number and the Bank card you used to pay for your order (We will not be able to give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of I.D.).

Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refund & Replacements

We take great pride in ensuring that our products get to you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace if you pop into our local store and we will issue a full refund on most products, as long as it is within the relevant cancellation period.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. The return period is within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

1. Prices and VAT
Please note that the prices on our website are guides only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in-store at the time your order is picked for processing. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery as the case maybe, because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in store on the day your order is picked and delivered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices by Daratan maybe VAT exclusive and exclusive of any other costs such as administration costs, levies, and shipping- or transport expenses.

Mostly, Transport and handling costs are borne by the Customer.

When you visit our stores to collect your order, you may receive a full refund if you consider that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on our website is unacceptable.

Usually, our staff will give you the actual local price through our WhatsApp or through a call.

Some offers may not be available in store if they are out of stock; some prices may also vary.

Georgian law is exclusively applicable to all Agreements between the Parties.
