Upon receipt of the Goods, customers must check the conformity of the items received with their order, completeness, and absence of claims to the appearance of the Goods within 5 (five) minutes of receipt. 

Order Error
If you receive goods that are different from your receipt of purchase, we sincerely apologize. Please call and notify us within 5 minutes of receipt. You may come to pick up the correct items. You will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error.


In the rare occasion that you do not receive items that are on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call and notify us within 5 minutes of receipt, and we will refund the amount to a credit card or issue you a Gift Card.


Refunds and/or replacement items are available upon request for orders in which the goods are incorrect, omitted, or in other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for goods that a customer simply does not like.


Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund, or give credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after it has been processed.


If your delivery service is unable to find or reach you, they are prompted to contact you, so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you are expecting your order. If a delivery courier made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.


Sorry, we cannot provide a refund or cash value for any complimentary items.


As a private business, it is our right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the return & refund policies, we will not be able to conduct future business with that customer.

* If 25% or more of the items have been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or credit. If the items have been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with and we cannot verify their origin or issue, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or credit.
