Service terms
- The order will be made via the website.
- To place an order, the customer should sign up on the website and sign in to their account.
- The customer selects a product listed on the website and puts it into the basket. For Tbilisi orders, the customer arranges and pays a courier to collect the packed order from Daratan Foods’ location at 38 Lubliana Street, Tbilisi.
- For orders outside Tbilisi within Georgia, the packed order is taken to the Georgian Post location serving the customer’s destination under the Payment and Pickup Policy.
- To complete the order, the customer should provide an active telephone number and fill in the comment field with any additional information.
- To finish the order, the customer should check the box agreeing to the usage terms and rules of daratanfoods.ge.
- Daratan Foods is not responsible for orders made under any other form or via another person’s website or service.
- The amount paid for orders on daratanfoods.ge is subject to return and does not apply where the customer’s third-party pickup service cannot complete transport because of an incorrect address or other essential data, or where the customer refuses the order after collection.
- An order may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement.
- If the packed order handed to the customer-arranged pickup service contains a product other than the product ordered, the customer is entitled to refuse the incorrect item without paying an additional amount.
Daratan Foods is obliged
- To receive and fulfil the customer’s order if the ordered product is available in reserve.
- To protect the customer’s personal data under the rules defined by Georgian legislation.
- To supply the customer with high-quality products made in accordance with sanitary and hygiene standards.
The customer is obliged
- To provide daratanfoods.ge with precise information, including name, surname, address, telephone number, preferably a WhatsApp number, and email address.
- To receive the ordered products in a timely and good-faith manner.
Products
- Daratan Foods’ products meet the standards and requirements defined by Georgian legislation and are made in accordance with hygiene norms.
- Basic information about the composition and ingredients of Daratan Foods’ products is listed in each product description. Every ingredient may not be described in detail. Products might contain ingredients causing allergies, such as spices or seafood.
